History

Since its founding back in 2002 by Nancy Pinchot and Yosif Feigelson, and known first as "Music at Grey Towers", Kindred Spirits Arts Programs (KSAP) has taken inspiration from Asher Durand's iconic painting of the same name and has explored the relationship between the beauty of nature and the creation of art both musical and visual. With Grey Towers National Historic Site as its original home, KSAP' concerts fit perfectly with the Pinchot family's dedication to conservation and support of the arts. Over the years KSAP has become a not for profit corporation, and has added venues in addition to Grey Towers, including several sites in downtown Milford and throughout the Upper Delaware Valley. Besides presenting concerts for the general public, the organization has developed working relationships with local school districts providing students the opportunity to hear first rate artists performing world class music, as well as offering master classes for students. Run by a core group of dedicated volunteers, it has for over a dozen of years been a part of the community and the cultural life of the region and remains committed to showcasing the best of up and coming performers as well as providing stimulus to new generations.
